What about the elderly with accounts? Not everyone has a smart phone. My mum doesn’t so she’s screwed now. Not thought about this one bit.

Isn’t it funny I had no internet issues until @bt_uk offer me to upgrade my package since then it’s been dogshite. Dropping out constantly & buffering when I didn’t take em up on it. Almost as if they’ve slowed it down deliberately to make me upgrade to get more money out of me.
