@sjurdur @OutreachRobotic @NTBG We’re using a DJI Mavic 3 for survey and inventory. Collections are made with a DJI Matrice and a custom built sampling arm called the Mamba - built by @OutreachRobotic

All of these last years of work are bearing fruits! We are very proud to have achieved this world's first: A new species discovery and collection by drone using our Mamba robotic arm! 🌱

Big update to my R package for managing drone data. New features include rotated thumbnails in data catalogs, exporting individual images as a pseudo-georeferenced GeoTIFFs, more cameras, etc. Please keep the feature requests coming! #uasimg ucanr-igis.github.io/uasimg/
