I think a reasonable interpretation of a large class of UAP / UFO / Foo Fighter / Ball Lightning like phenomenon is that there is a kind of proto-life that exists as small semi-coherent balls of plasma that mainly drift around the ionosphere. You would expect to see more of these around geomagnetic storms and nuclear explosions for the same reason you see bubbles in a river after a waterfall This also matches NASA footage showing glowing orbs circling around a dragged metal tether and ball lightning appearing near research facilities with tons of high voltage RF equipment. Are these "alive"? Not in the sense they have families and jobs and genetic information, but, I would think they can merge, split, dissipate, run out of energy, more like an environmental sprite or 'spirit' in that sense. It's an EM membrane that has physical dynamics which drive it towards acquiring more plasma energy or magnetic field energy, etc, so seems pretty alive. That or something weirder like these are souls or aliens remote viewing the Earth. Perhaps all of the above.
