I participated in a @UNDPUgandaled capacity-building training on climate change, forest landscape restoration, and biodiversity conservation. Key learnings included silvicultural practices in tree planting and identification of diverse and indigenous tree species in Acoli.

Disability inclusion is a shared duty rooted in equality, dignity, and non-discrimination. Every individual and institution bears a legal and moral obligation to remove barriers, uphold rights, and ensure full participation of persons with disabilities. Inclusion is not charity.

Employment must reflect equality, not exclusion. Persons with disabilities have a legal right to work, reasonable accommodation, and dignified participation. Inclusive hiring is not charity, it is a compliance duty and a moral imperative. Workplaces must dismantle discrimination.
