Matt has a really strong pedigree in football at this level, is a UEFA B qualified coach and above all, an absolutely top guy. He previously spent a number of years in the EOFL Premier Division - doing a sterling job playing attractive, free flowing football. His experience off the field as Chairman at a previous club is also critical to us as we charge towards our 3 year ambition of Step 6 football. We can’t wait for Matt to start his journey with us and grow with the club. Welcome, Matt 🙌 🔵⚪️

@AgentCorn2 @SpursOfficial Levy’s not telling him to make Forster and Dragusin play out from the back mate. I know Levy is a total fraud but Ange is completely unwilling to change his way of thinking about things. He needs to be able to adapt his philosophy when he doesn’t have the players to implement it.

@BenMorgan_ @SpursOfficial 100%. God knows why we continue to play out from the back even when we're 1-0 down with a few minutes left. Why are we not pushing everyone up and bombarding the opposition? Happens every time. Zero in-game intelligence from the players, and manager doing nothing to change it.

@neil_killick @SpursOfficial Yeah they had to go too 😆😂 the football under their tenure was even worse. I’m all for Ange’s style of play when everyone’s fit and available. But when he doesn’t have the players, then he needs to be flexible and change to suit the selected teams strengths.

@BenMorgan_ @SpursOfficial 100%. But Conte was arrogant about his team selections and tactics too. And Mourinho. We moaned about them in the same way when the positive results and vibes turned to negative. The answer wasn't to sack them, just as the answer isn't to sack Ange.
