@rbamford5 Hey Rosie. We tend to recommend buying off-the-shelf assays unless you need isoform-specific detection. Plus, I would go for hydrolysis probes not SYBR - extra expense is easily outweighed by time required to optimise & validate. Give me a shout if you want, we get good prices!
