Started playing rugby in the offseason to improve my ball carrying, tackling, and agility. Consistent starter on the primary/A side team. Playing both lock and prop.

Life brings a lot of unexpected changes, but it's all God's plan. For the first time in 12 years I won't be on the sidelines this fall. Thanks to the @NorthWakeSaints for allowing me to be apart of a program to not only coach football, but to make a positive impact on the lives of the young men who have been apart of our teams. Most would not have had an opportunity to play the game of football if not for the Saints. We truly did build men one down at a time. And a special thanks to @BobbyKarba75622 for letting a guy from Durham that he didn't know step in to help coach a program that served as a lifeline for several young men who needed the lessons from football to help them get ready for life. What's next? It's all God's plan and I'm walking in my faith. Coach Williams ✌️🏾 2 Timothy 1:7; Colossians 3:23-24

Not the season we hoped for to begin with, but this team came together at the end and worked hard to get better every week.
