This is our most frequently asked question on YouTube or E-mail. We strive to offer as much free advice as possible, but we are unable to asisst with every question, and many require a phone call, video chat, or discussion. To that end', we've launched our Talk to a Tech service.
By booking a phone call, you'll get access to phone, video, and E-mail support from our in-house techs.
When you order, you'll schedule a time for a tech to get back to you with a response to your question. Depending on whats needed, he'll follow through with information until you're ready to tackle the repair yourself.

Do you need support with your appliance, and need to talk to someone about it?
By filling out the information and booking the support call, you'll get 30min of help over the phone, through text and E-mail. Our tech will research the problem and give you the best answers possible to diagnose and solve your issue.
When you book, you will select a timeframe that is convenient to discuss the issue. Our tech will get on it right away, but the time frame gives us an idea as to when best to discuss the problem with you.
