We are just four games away from Cardiff reaching the play-offs for the first time ever. I’ll be at Parc y Scarlets in 2 weeks time supporting the boys. Every game is huge now and every point matters. We have the squad to do it, they just need to believe in themselves now.

This result is huge for Cardiff. Ospreys remain 11 points behind us. The Scarlets away game next month and then Ospreys and Stormers at home is where the season is decided. I can’t wait and I hope that we make it 💙🖤

Listened to Episode 1 of #DoctorWho The Daleks’ Master Plan last night. We are in for a treat when the episode releases. William Hartnell is magical in his mischief and curiosity. Nicholas Courtney is the tough but charming leading man. We are truly blessed. Roll on Easter!

Every year I worry that the Six Nations won’t live up to expectations and constantly it finds new ways to surprise you. It remains the greatest sporting competition for me. Just wait until Wales start winning again too and all 6 of the teams will be capable of beating each other.
