Shocking customer service from @Tesla today. My boot has been broken for 4 weeks. Scheduled for repair today. No one turned up and their response is ‘we rescheduled it after we visited on Monday’ I was in ALL day on Monday and no one came. Straight up lies.

@SmfcStatto @SolihullMoors Just to be clear: 1) it’s not a price freeze, it’s a 5% rise 2) I work on Sundays so can’t get to the fun day to secure this cheaper season ticket price. 3) I’ve been given only a few days notice to find the money - this is pressure buying tactics and doesn’t look good.

@ypsuk parked at grand central (brum) today… notice said I ‘pay on exit’ via the app. Put my reg into your app and then I had to basically guess when I had entered the car park?! Surely the ANPR cams inform me and I pay the fee?! Many people standing around VERY confused
