I had a great time down in Tampa for our 26’ spring training my final stats across 5 games for the week - .364 AVG (2 1b, 1 2b 1 2b) .562 OBP (4 walks, 1 HBP) in 16 PA with 4 SB. Looking forward to a fun and competitive season!

Slow soft toss rounds today focused on letting the ball get deeper and waiting back in the launched position.

Wednesday night hacks! Using the kickback drill at the front to focus on the position of my shoulders and keeping them square towards the middle of the field. The resulting swings show fast hands up the middle staying on plane.

Big pr today in the weight room - 300lbs for one on squat, 180 bw. So lucky to have coach Vinny and his gym so grateful to his commitment towards my weight training and excited to continue getting stronger.

We got some great work in today during practice very lucky to have the faculties that we do. Giving us the opportunity to hit while others can’t. Two rounds here both off the machine one strictly fastballs one strictly curves - loud barrels.
