2003 Topps Chrome LEBRON JAMES Refractor RC.... PSA 9 considered about as safe of Bball Card 'investment' there is. Card sold for $19,200 last January.. Exact same card sold for $9,500 a few weeks ago. A DECLINE of 49% in less than a year. 😯 Where does this go from here?
