@HHIC @Damon_BPH @HeatCalculation @betateach @robertjwhitney We have been email using the help section within the app over the last two weeks. Haven’t heard anything back..... perhaps that’s another section that doesn’t work?

@betateach @HeatCalculation @robertjwhitney do you know who I would contact about the online benchmark? If I scan barcode it comes up Viessmann but no model or serial number, if I enter manually it won’t let me select a model so can’t go any further 🤷🏼
