Hey @bendigobank I’ve now been on hold with your customer service line for more than an hour trying to get access to my online banking back. Is there any other way I can do this??!! I feel like I’m not the only one going through this since your updates to security.

@bendigobank The online banking app (on iPhone) says “Let’s upgrade your security”. Then a couple of screens later, this happens. Resending doesn’t work.
So now I can’t using the app.

@robbierocket7 Hi Robbie, there are no reported outages with our e-banking. If you are not able to login, and you're asked to call, calling or visiting a branch are your only options. Our phones are open Monday to Friday 8am-9pm AEDT and Weekends 9am-8pm. ^KR

@bendigobank whats happening with ebanking? i tried to log in but it wouldnt let me and it said to call the 1800 number which is only operational when im at work
