@iberiaexpress ya estoy en la tercera llamada de mas de 45 min intentado hacer un simple cambio de vuelo y todavia no está resuelto. Las llamada se cortan, una tras de otra..todos me dicen de esperar y me informan de costes (diferentes) de cambios y luego justo antes de pagar..
