@SmalePerry I am not, but I’ve monitored them in areas where sheep are densely farmed. The farmers enjoy having the eagles in the landscape and all members of the NSA in this locality have said they realise since having them around, that the negativity towards the birds is just political.

The birds play a vital role that is missing in so many ecosystems in the U.K., but beyond the trophic enhancement, they benefit the local people in so many ways. I can also say that after years of monitoring them, that they provide no threat to farming practices whatsoever.

Most years I ask for one thing for my birthday, to see #BeeEaters and usually it's on the Camargue But this year we've not been able to travel abroad so when news came out of 13 Bee eaters near Eccles in #Norfolk I had to go V distant so this was best I could do but v happy 🥂🎉

The smallest bee so far that has visited the Acer. So much so that I did not realise it was a bee until I took a photo (6/7mm at a push). I think it is a female sweat bee (Halictus confusus) unless like its name, it has confused me.
