3/3 In addition to testing reputational explanations for voluntary accountability, the article also makes an important contribution in that it introduces a new original index of the independence of EU agencies that was developed (by Thijs) using Bayesian Factor Analysis.

2/3 The article tests reputational explanations for the voluntary account-giving of EU agencies in a quantitative manner. We find both media salience and principal neglect to be related to accountability-seeking behaviour.

@demorgen @frsFNRS @SciencePoULB 4/ In 10/19 v/d minderheidsregeringen kwam de steun er door een radicaal-rechtse partij (🇩🇰 Volkspartij, 🇳🇱PVV, 🇳🇴 Vooruitgangspartij). 🇸🇪 zelf had enkel ervaring met centrumlinkse regeringen & gedoogsteun door de Linkse Partij. Dat nu SD gedoogsteun levert is een trendbreuk.
