@eightsleep Careful, quality has gone drastically down. I am going ten rounds with customer service over a version of the pillow that doesn’t match what was on the site. I even sent a photo of the pillow 8sleep sells on the site currently and they said no that’s not what we’re shipping.

I went to an event last night hosted by NeueHouse about Drop Culture and I was really disappointed that none of the speakers talked about artificial scarcity, consumer fatigue, and what could come *after* the drop model? They ran out of Q&A time before I could ask the question.

Today was - bring an orchid for 3rd grade teacher - make a powerpoint slide for 1st grade teacher - bring diet coke for 5th grade teacher and it's something different every. single. day.
