@farhanaahm Hello, thanks for your message. Payments are handled by Apple. You can check if you already used your free trial in the past (it is available only once), finally you can request a refund with Apple should you not want to continue

@BenkyoApp Why the money has been deducted when I have cancelled my subscription within 2 days when the trial is free for 3 days. This is unethical practice.

@BenkyoApp have issues with subscription. I have cancelled my plan before the trail period but the money was deducted. Need refund here

@PellenRomain @MehdiGatbache @a_n_onymee Regarding the original feedback, @MehdiGatbache this suggestion is interesting. focus study is available 1/ from list 2/ after quiz with the option to only review wrongly answered flashcards. Would you share more details on your suggestion regarding the flow you have in mind

@BenkyoApp would be nice to remove entries that were correct twice in a row from the study session until you’re done. Hard to really make use of it when you have many things to review

@66jzmstr Working on an option to show all prononciations when needed yes, but if set by default some users find it annoying. Working on it.

@BenkyoApp Nice! In the custom quiz where I receive a single on-yomi and kun-yomi to write the kanji, is there a way we can get *more* on-yomi and kun-yomi? A single reading of each is troublesome because many kanji have the same set of readings or more common readings not shown. 😕

@BenkyoApp It is possible to create an option to only show one prononciation of the kanji like it was in the previous version ? Because for some kanji it shows ~10 prononciations and it’s hard to read. Like this one, そら is the last one…

@jun98765432 Do you mean you would like to control what kind of flashcard shows up in SRS? (Ie. fil;ter out types of question you don’t wish to take) ? If yes, know that Filters and more settings are also planned for SRS! Thank you for your messages, your support and for using the app!

@PayaMarc Il suffit normalement de faire un nouveau quiz en n'ajoutant que les hiragana de votre choix. Je vais essayer d'améliorer la simplicité de l'interface merci pour votre retour.

@BenkyoApp Je n’ai pas réussi à comprendre comment faire des exercices. J’ai voulu faire des exercices simples avec juste des hiragana… J’imagine que ce n’ai pas possible, ou que de votre point de vue ce n’est pas adapté pour un bon apprentissage du japonais, ou alors… Comment commencer ?

@sukisukikui Ce n'est pas la première fois que cette suggestion m'est faite! Le widget s'appellerait "Kanji du jour" et afficherait tous les détails du Kanji si on tapait sur le widget. Merci pour la suggestion, c'est noté!

@BenkyoApp hey there seems to be a bug where if you click Library > Katakana and then click any letter it automatically opens the アinstead and swiping right just infinitely opens イ. I can’t seem to view any other katakana by clicking.

@BenkyoApp Hello! I *LOVE* the handwriting recognition for kanji part of your app! Is there any way we could get (the option of?) more than a single on-yomi and kun-yomi for each kanji in the handwriting quiz? I really believe that would take this app from great to amazing! 🙏🏼
