Following the assessment conducted earlier this year with the Performance Management Measurement tool (PM2), our teams in #Rwanda & #Zambia are working with partner cooperatives to develop tailored action plans directly addressing the key challenges identified by the assessment.

The day concluded with an impactful session by @BankofKigali , discussing how cooperatives and their members can better navigate financing options and offering practical tips to boost their financial growth.

This was followed by an engaging session on taxation, facilitated by @rrainfo , providing key updates and guidance for cooperatives.

In partnership with @Ricem_Rwanda we’ve developed and validated new cooperative curricula to train our partner cooperatives and support other cooperatives & SMEs. The material covers topics such as governance, leadership, financial management, and market engagement.
