@Maga_Abra currently. Give Pit his Brawl if all I care but I don’t mind both being similar. We can argue for Daisy sure but I don’t want her gone if it means she can’t be a clone. Same with Dark Samus. And Byleth makes sense to me

@Maga_Abra If you ask me and I’m probably one of the rarest I like the moveset for Ganondorf ngl. He’s a 7 ft man I personally like him using fists as attacks. I like him in Ultimate a lot just give him better recovery like float is fine. I’m a Dark Pit main, so I like his moveset

8 years ago today, Super Smash Bros. Ultimate was originally announced during the 3.8.2018 Nintendo Direct as a Nintendo Switch system exclusive, with the Inklings being teased as the game's 1st playable newcomers. The announcement trailer for SSBU can be watched below.

@Benson4MVS I like dreaming of a better Smash Bros game than what Nintendo comes up with. I'm a big fan of the series and I can come up with a far better ideas. Someday I'll have it on a website showing how each fighter can be unique in their own way. And I'll have an awesome illustration

Chrom is the posterchild of Awakening, the game that kinda saved the franchise and once again, 1 fully unique character would take way more development time than multiple clones

@Benson4MVS @yishiyash @FGAnniversaries There are fighters I wish they didn't add to the roster because there are others that deserve it more. I didn't want dark Samus, chrom, richter or Ken. Instead of Chrom, people wanted Lyn. Instead of Richter, it should've been Alucard. Instead of Ken, it should've been Chun Li.

@Maga_Abra @yishiyash @FGAnniversaries Fair tho like that one mod (I think Project M, the one that has Master Chief) promised we would get ALL the characters from Ultimate. In a way your mods are doing the same thing. They agreed with the keeping fighters.

@yishiyash @FGAnniversaries Who cares? Sometimes less is more. I know the reason, it's still a waste of a slot if it can't use their own moves. You may as well not have them. If money is right, just don't have them, or pick a few from the handful.

Super Smash Bros. Ultimate was revealed 8 years ago during a March 8th, 2018 Nintendo Direct. Inklings from Splatoon was the big first reveal alongside Link's redesign from Breath of the Wild.

@realmrstacks I mean why go for a reboot it makes no sense like you lose the content over shit you know you won’t like. What if ur not into the open world shit or lose ur favorite character like it’s not worth it. It’s a risk and it isn’t something to be forward on.

Super Smash Bros. Ultimate is currently #1 on the Switch eShop. What Nintendo does with Smash Bros. on Switch 2 is perhaps the biggest unanswered question so far.
