Uefa president Aleksander Ceferin says he would not support another tournament beind held in multiple cities across the Europe, describing it as "unfair" on some teams and fans. He was speaking to @danroan for the #BBCSportsDesk podcast.

@BBCSport @danroan Is this not the same advantage and disadvantage that happens every major tournament when there is a host country. There will ways be 1 team that gets the advantage of playing on home soil and Infont of home fans for all their games.
