Legit project or scam? Came across $POLYD today, maybe already flipped, but that’s not the point. The real question is whether it’s a legit project with organic potential or just an empty shell hiding behind a Polymarket copycat narrative. The answer is obvious — it’s a scam.

4.Domain SSL certificate valid only until January. A small detail, but why would a scammer overpay for a longer-term domain when the token is meant to live for just a few days?

3.The dev claims to be an ARC developer with a Polymarket badge. In reality, that badge is easy to obtain and doesn’t prove any real affiliation with Polymarket. If you actually check the profile, the account was created this year and mostly consists of reposts.

2.Artificial community growth — the majority of the “community” are bots.

Why: 1.Empty GitHub, created just a couple of days ago. No commits, no real development.

After I posted the truth about the $AI dev farming the token, I got kicked from the community. And a bit later — surprise — we see the token dumping.

Canelcorn really is one of the dopest NFT collections/ works of digital art to spawn from the trenches in a long time, plus the Binder protocol is amazing. IMO these are crazy undervalued and will be priced adequately in due time.

@tisgambino If I have to choose between a farmer token and a supposedly organic one, I’m always picking the latter. Farmers gonna farm — and even if there’s a tiny chance their token might pump, it’s still better to stay away from those scammers.

@badattrading_ You are absolutely right... Even before the dump, I researched the community's subscribers and saw identical empty accounts with the same avatars, names, and a number of other factors. It was obvious that this was a bot.
