Just had my best “long” run in a decade. I’ve been afraid to push it ever since my doc told me my running days were over due to “bone on bone” in my right knee. Yes, I will probably end up with a knee replacement, but I’ve realized I’m only speeding it up, not increasing the inevitability of it, so I might as well do what I love - run with abandon.

I have spent most of today reading hundreds of pages of a Planning application and putting in my objection 🤔 An ecologist recorded 16 birds species in the field whereas my records show 52 species 🤷🏻‍♂️ not holding my breath but you've got to make a stand😳
