@BerkeleySqB Aw, thank you so much Stefan! I think a car might be beyond our capabilities, even the Fred Flintstone variety! We're hoping to take our canoe out onto the local canals later this year though!

First attempt at basketry today. We made these lovely foraging baskets which will serve us well as we traipse around the woods looking for free food!

One of the prettiest parts of Frankfurt. Very photogenic and full of old town charm.

@still_blunt @UKRunChat Interesting. With me it's the opposite. Addicted to the happiness hormones running triggers in me, and to the outdoors experience. I have to force myself not to do a long run every time and to take rest days. (S)

The closer I get to this 10k race, the more I realise that running will never be a hobby I truly enjoy. I'm literally just dragging my ass out every week so I don't look like a complete lemon on the day 😬. @UKRunChat

🐊 Westlich von Baton Rouge beginnt mit dem Atchafalaya Basin der größte Flusssumpf der USA. Alligatoren (bis zu 2 Mio. 😱), Zypressenwälder & endlose Bayous prägen die Landschaft. Mitten hindurch verläuft die fast 29 km lange I-10-Brücke, eine der längsten Brücken in 🇺🇸. 🐊

8848m Everest today, just arrived to the base of the mountain. We had a really nice puja and are now sorting our climbing equipment. We‘ll make a summit attempt here on the South side of Everest in the next two weeks, having previously acclimatized on 7126m Himlung in weeks prior. • Stay tuned to check out the peaks and faces around here, mountains where I have a lot of history and memories. The last time I was on Everest was 2011, we climbed on the North side in China‘s Tibet. It feels quite good here. Stellar weather and really positive. I’ve visited Scotland since I was young, I saw my first orca from the family caravan, seeing that huge dorsal fin emerge is something I’ll never forget. I now visit the Hebrides. I saw most sea life during a trip on the Silurian, great crew.

I don't often do selfies, but when this beauty showed up I had to capture a moment with it. It was an interesting day as there were moments of fleeting light shining on the Iceberg. Unfortunately this beautiful iceberg did not stick around too long at Pouch Cove this.
