Berkner JV Tennis brought home some hardware at the Duncanville Tournament. Standouts were Magdely, Nabeel, Rahel, Zo, Jaclyn, Thien, Ethan, Leio, Adonay, and Robel winning a total of 5 medals: one 2nd place, two 3rd place, and two consolation champs! Go Rams!

Berkner Tennis had a successful match against Irving Mac last night putting the Rams at 2-1 in District play. Standouts were Hunter Ayers, Mile Arrendondo, and Zurii Barnes. Next match is Tuesday 9/19 at Highland Park.

Berkner Tennis competed in the District 7-6A Tournament today. This completes an eventful Spring Season for the Rams. Mixed Doubles will continue their district journey tomorrow afternoon.

Berkner Tennis had a great showing in the N. Garland Open. Genevieve Mgbojeme took 2nd in Girls Singles, Christy Vu & Khloe Chaney took the Consolation prize in Girls Doubles, and Ryan Ho &Enoch Chan took 1st in Boys Doubles. The Rams play their district tournament tomorrow.

Berkner Tennis completed a successful road trip tournament to Waco. We started with a wiffleball match at Magnolia, dinner at George’s, and a great day of tennis on Friday highlighted by Sasha Lu and Bawi Thawng winning 1st in mixed doubles.

Berkner Varsity Tennis battled at the Irving Open on Friday. Standouts were Conner Neighbors and freshman Hunter Ayers winning Men’s A Doubles conciliation bracket, Enoch Chan taking 2nd in Men’s B Singles. Honorable mention are Bawi Par, Ryan Ho, and Sasha Lu.
