This morning the forestry department of the Arlington Heights Public Works came to visit! We learned a little about trees & even got to see the neat trucks they use in action! 🌳🌲 #ivyhillleague

Type and write phonics is back! We practiced the vowel teams “ai” and “ay” this morning! ⌨️ #ivyhillleague

We were back at it this afternoon, but this time looking at stems! We dissected celery pieces and were able to find the little tiny tubes inside that help move water, nutrients, and food! So cool! Stems are IMPORTANT! 🔎 👀 #ivyhillleague

We felt our brains working this afternoon when solving some tricky math puzzles! With a little teamwork, a few clues, & not giving up, we solved it! 👏🏻 #ivyhillleague
