@Disneyland I will be at Disneyland this week and I have been trying to obtain services for my disabled son before we arrive. I’ve waited for up to two hours the last three days and no one ever answers. This is a horrible process.

@shedd_aquarium does not support children with special needs. They do not offer any assistance as their website claims. My 5 yr old was so excited he struggled with his mask. They walked us out of the building. Didn’t even bother to try and help.
