@StevenMcinerney Bizzaro World Cole Palmer. Is a decent way off playing for City. Monaco is a very good loan destination. More of a jinky type of dribbler than a flair/flicks and tricks dribbler. Good creator, but a lot of it is born out of sheer volume of the ball.

BREAKING: #ManCity have an agreement with Troyes for Mathys Detourbet (19) in a deal worth around €25M including bonuses. An agreement has also been reached with AS Monaco over a one-year loan for the forward, plus the option of a further year. [via @FabriceHawkins]

How on earth is this not a penalty. 10 seconds to check this and deny a Clear penalty whilst they’re giving the Arsenal decision yesterday after 10 minutes despite it being much less clear and obvious. The officiating in this league is a disgrace. What a joke.
