Oftentimes I read athletes and coaches say things like the game is 10% physical and 90% mental. When I’m asked about it, I always say that sport performance is 100% physical and 100% mental. More than once, people replied: You mean 50/50? To which I respond: I mean 100/100.

It should have been day 12 of the Tokyo @Olympics and canoeists @BerniWallace and South Aussie Josephine Bulmer were scheduled to be competing this weekend. But the 12-month delay is not the only hurdle the pair has overcome on their Olympic journey. @lucasrinaldo7 @7olympics
