@RickRichards10 @AlexDuncanTX The issue for salvation is not sin - it's the Son who died for all sins. The message is the same to you and all other sinners, including the homosexuals. "Place your faith in Christ." The only sin that keeps you or anyone from salvation is unbelief in Christ's finished work.

@heaveniscallin1 @AlexDuncanTX One passage versus 150+ that say faith alone - written to national Israel, not individual salvation as in the Book of John (Jn. 20:31). Easter would be a wonderful time to change your mind (repent) about all the works you trust in and place your faith in Christ alone.

@heaveniscallin1 @AlexDuncanTX Hopefully they trusted in Christ alone and were saved. Otherwise they are just lost religious people on the broad road that leads to destruction, like Paul before he got saved. Did Paul pray the sinner's prayer, or did he place his faith in Christ?

He trusted in God alone to save him by His grace in view of the blood shed upon the mercy seat. No one said "say this prayer about all of the things you are going to do to be saved." That's religion.

Jesus Christ, the only-begotten Son of God, willingly died as your substitute and was raised from the dead. He paid your ticket to heaven. John316illustrated.org
