@The_ZWhite When I get off work it’s so hard to find time to even make it to the gym. My dad always told me growing up. You put one foot in front of another and you will find your way! Just keep your head held high and believe in yourself! You will get through this hurdle!

Sometimes when I'm at the gym I feel so inspired to come home and grind. While other days I feel so demotivated trying to keep the flame alive.
