My guess is this is fabricated outrage against youtube to drive viewers to nsfw alternatives of the streamers but it looks so disingenuous. I can assure you human reviewers at youtube know what they're doing, the timestamp might not matter, but there is a breach of TOS somewhere

I've worked in a very similar field and watch out for how strict advertisers can be, I myself am pushing it a bit too much but I won't complain if I do get striked because it's my own doing, I know that we're all pushing the rules, you don't need to fool the audience 3#

This take might come back to bite me if something similar happens to me in the future, but I often see ASMR creators complaining or being completely surprised when they get community strikes or ad revenue limitations, but you know exactly what you're doing and youtube TOS 1#
