So what a treat to visit Dave Halsted & the @Pembsciderco Dave talked us through the whole cider making process, what type of apples are used, the history of the business and much more. West Wales is full of entrepreneurial spirit like Dave, Chris and Jon (the other two in this cider making trio) and their business, and businesses like theirs, are worth celebrating and enjoying! Based in #Pembroke, the cider rightly leans on the exciting history of the town, with ciders named the #HenryVII, the #WilliamMarshal and the #Cromwell1648.
