@BestBuy After more than a month and two fake appointments, BB canceled my order bought on black friday, so I can go back and buy another TV at full price. They will refund me in 15 days. Thank you best buy. Hope you go bankrupt soon!

@BestBuy doesn’t care about anything they sell you. If you schedule a full delivery and install they will lie to you and reschedule in hopes you cancel the order. It’s to much work to provide good customer service.

@BestBuy completely irresponsible..delayed delivery order 10 days only to have us end our holiday trip early and drive 12 hours with 300lbs of beef to meet our new delivery time. Now we’ve made it home with 4 hours until scheduled delivery and just told next available is 1/15.

@BestBuy I bought a TV for Black Friday and a month later, I still don't have it. BB setup 2 appointments to deliver and both were missed (making me wait for the delivery twice) when they knew they did not have the TV they sold me on inventory. Total scam to take BF customers from Amazon

@BestBuy thanks for ruining Christmas. Spent over five grand. We don’t have it in stock, we can order to have delivered here in the store (WV). They sent it to VA. Called two different times to customer service. Asked to be elevated to a manager. One hung up, the second lied.

@BestBuy I purchased the BestBuy total access warranty on my 75" Hysesnse TV. I called BestBuy to exercise my options because the TV is faulty. I also had to my $79 to schedule an appointment for an agent to come and check my TV. No call no show for today's appointment

@BestBuy really disappointed. My parents received a Fire tv as a gift. The person lost the receipt and even though there is a shipping tag from Best Buy we were told they would not exchange it. So I either have a very expensive paper weight or have to spend $ to make this work!

@BestBuy I ordered a sound bar on Nov 30. I was informed my order was delayed until Dec 16, if the order did not ship, the email said my refund would be automatic. It was not, and I was charged on the 18th after I cancelled on the 17th. I am still waiting for my refund

@BestBuy best Buy geek squad has rescheduled now 3 times to hang my television. Each time has been some nonsense from their representative. The last time they said it was the installer's fault. I was not on there schedule. Already missed 2 days of work for this installation.
