There is no way Frank didn’t realize this was gonna happen when he originally retired. Based on his agent and their agreements it wasn’t a guaranteed payment. There is NOTHiNG egregious or shocking about this.
That lack of guarantee was likely the agreed risk that both parties agreed did exist at the signing. Completely understood.
