I get one caregiver break a year. I plan meticulously. I budget. I do a funding drive. This year, @bestwestern Hotels decides to screw my vacation up. Multiple receipts for prepaid "buy now and save" non refundable reservation... No room. Yeah. Happy Vacay!

@bestwestern Here is the invoice copy the refundable breakage deposit was more than the stay charges. I have also asked the same at reception during the checkout they ensured me i will get within 2 days. However, till date I haven't received the same.

@bestwestern My booking was made under my name for 3 nights b&b through no fault of mine we couldn’t complete the work we went to do and have to return on the 7th April for 2 nights I was told I couldn’t transfer my booking and as a small business I can not afford to loose that money

@bestwestern absolutely appalled with your customer service, booked 3 nights for work unfortunately couldn’t complete so haven’t return in April, only stayed 1 night asked if they could transfer the other 2 nights told, absolutely NOT I’m a small business !!!!😡

@bestwestern Disappointed with the suite we paid for. Came to enjoy our Air force graduation but instead have a room with nothing to hold a toilet paper, dirty hallway carpets, dirty shower, etc. Do better Best Western. Especially being near the Air force Base. #BestWestern

Never stay at the @bestwestern in Toledo/South Maumee. Had my girlfriend ask for more towels because I’m a big girl they said only if we return old ones, we asked for a policy stating that, he said there isn’t one written and proceeded to tell us to check out, they’re racist.
