【締め切り】 基本的に言われた締め切りを守って下さい。それも少し余裕を持って出せるようにしましょう。 待ち合わせ時間ピッタリじゃなく、5分前くらいに着く気持ちで行動するのと同じ。 何があるか分からないから、多少のバッファを設けた方が安心。 自分のパートを最高のクオリティで出したいからと締め切りを平気で破るのはNG。 1人が遅れたせいでその後に控えている人が待つ羽目になる。上流過程であればあるほど待たされる人が増える。 例えば原画ならそのあとは最低でもーー演出、作監、動画、動画検査、色指定、仕上げ、撮影、編集、制作が待たされる。 その1人にとってはたったの2時間でも、他の人の合計20時間くらいを奪ったことになる。 また締め切りが引かれたからといって全部使い切ってやろうという固定給や拘束の人もそれをやめましょう。信頼を失う。 早く終わらせられるなら早めに提出しよう。 早く出せた分、休ませてもらうように交渉しよう。 そうさせてくれないようなら上に相談するか、環境を変えるか、ギリギリまで提出するようにしよう。それはもう仕方ないと思う。 とにかく、スケジュールはちゃんと意識して仕事をしましょう。待遇を上げて欲しいならまずは示そう。
