@accpinfdprn @ASP_Chat @SIDPharm #ASPchat I created a new game in the classroom this year-musical microbes (similar to musical chairs). Had the students up and walking all over the class to find drugs that would match a 🦠/clue I gave them. I had giant post-its all over the room. And we had fun 🎶

@Annabiotics Literally just taught this to my p3s yesterday. I told them I refuse to conform. It’ll always be glabrata and krusei to me🤣. I offered bonus points to students who could pronounce the updated names. I feel you!

My reaction when I found out candida glabrata was renamed to nakaseomyces glabrata and candida krusei was renamed to pichia kudriavzevii….WHY?!? Don’t do this to us. #taxonomy #candida

Day #5 with @RAGBRAI_IOWA was mentally and physically strenuous, but appreciated seeing old friends, family, clouds ⛅️, and visiting towns so close to home. Ended with my second century of the ride. Will NOT miss those hills though, Colfax. ✌️ ❤️

Day 2 and 60 miles with @RAGBRAI_IOWA. The slip and slides came in big on this 90-degree day. 🌊💧 So many kids on this one, and ❤️'d seeing 10 year old girls 👧 tackle those northern Iowa hills!

@JGPharmD I do (in southern IL). But it’s limited to 2 hours total-Pharm sci/Pharm prac. I only teach RIPE and latent TB (simple regimens ONLY). K.I.S.S method😎
