A key lesson for civilians to take away from this. Search and rescue, MEDEVAC pilots, really any job that goes in with the specific task of saving other warfighters. They will fly into actual hell to save you unless someone orders them not to. And they still might go anyway.

Egg white contains: Protein. And avidin, which blocks biotin absorption. "But yolks have cholesterol!" Yes. Which your body uses to make testosterone, oestrogen, cortisol, vitamin D, and every cell membrane in your body. You threw away the nutrition to keep the bland protein water. Criminal.

Our grandmothers didn’t talk about nervous system regulation. They lived it. Sewing, baking slowly, folding by hand. Repetition, quiet focus, hands busy, body safe. Calm was handmade.

Not slightly wrong. Completely backwards. Once you see it, you can't unsee it. The authorities weren't incompetent. They were captured by industries that profit from your sickness. Your job now: Ignore them entirely and trust the 2.5 million years of evidence written in your genome. Eat meat. Lift heavy. Walk daily. Sleep well. Don't complicate it. Everything else is just the food industry trying to sell you solutions to problems they created.

Green bean casserole is one of the most disgusting dishes ever invented for the holiday meal. I don't think people really like it- they're just conditioned to think it's obligatory, thus they "like" it. They're brainwashed. Also, I'm making it in a few minutes. Upon request. I'm an enabler of this awful tradition.
