@Katyjstokes She is a true captain adjusting so the roses put the best combination on court! Just hope fever use her regardless of Aryang’s injury - the best SSN teams are about a squad with depth but definitely feel that Fran should have been used more than she was last season

Fran Williams though. She knows Funmi needs to be on court so she's built her WD game. I love her.

Should I sit out the next game? Is the drama worth it? Am I the problem? All in all my head is in major overthinking mode 😞

Who celebrates me? Who checks in on me? Should I call people out - is that the way things are now? Does empathy & not putting yourself in others shoes not count anymore? Is it a me problem or a you problem? Fight vs flight mode has kicked in wondering…….

Overthinking I hate it 😞 & over sometimes the most trivial things. Last night a netball teammate text questioning why I don’t pass as often to her than I do the GA. Genuinely I don’t think I do but she’s entitled to her feelings of course. Got me thinking now……

Is this the case? Why single me out? We all go through games where we think someone should have done something differently but I wouldn’t call a teammate out for it - in the moment you do what you think is best. She’s only been back for 2 games after being on holsfor 6 weeks……

@harryjonesgrey_ She has absolutely nothing to lose - she just needs to go out there, enjoy being back on an elite level netball court, get back to her best & who knows what possibilities there are

I really don't want to get ahead of myself here for Inger with all she has been through, but if she was to have a stella 2026 season is there space in the Roses for her? My gut says no #netballchaos

@Katyjstokes Potentially although it increases the competition for places so pushes the standard higher - the roses are definitely capable of competing with the best players in the world 🌹

With the door now open to SSN for the Kiwis it's dawning on me that it's now going to be even harder for Eng players to get offered a contract... Wondering if some who've been asked & said no should have gone when given the opportunity 🤔

@KerryAlmond 100% agree - same with Gracie Smith - how can they make NSL squads and play amazingly at that level and then not be selected for this comp (not to take the shine off of those selected of course)

Gobsmacked that Jayda is a reserve for this. Unless there’s a reason behind it, this makes absolutely zero sense. She was brilliant for Forest, and was rightly young player of the year. Make it make sense.
