Last week I attended @AcademiWales Winter School 2024. Forward Looking Leadership in a Complex World facilitated by @transition_ns @ucl Climate Action Unit - we explored new, innovative approaches to solve real-world complex problems.

Home after @AcademiWales winter school. We interrogated complex systems, gained leadership insights and heard from inspiring speakers. Also networked, swam in the sea, shared books, hung out with goats, siaradais i cymraeg and survived a power cut! What a week! #AWWS24
