Perhaps the biggest example of how 40k is now just a plot with a neat setting is how boiled down all of this is, like you had dozens of various regiments in the Second War for Armageddon all with unique aesthetics and now we’re just stuck with Cadians and Krieg.

Leaving "The Event" to one side, these are just awful minis in my opinion.
Their preportions looks wierd, like lanky and the spears looks ridicoulous compared to the previous version.
And I hate the leg armour but not as much as I hate the helmets.

@_Astrogator_ @NornQueenKya not saying its perfect, and GW's pricing gets fucky in some places (character models being a perfect example) but on a whole, for vehicles or infantry troop boxes your paying for what you get
Same goes for the rulebooks as well. Exceptional physical quality

@Bethanee_ @NornQueenKya Brother, please. Quality is great, bit there is no fucking reason why a tiny Named Character costs as much a whole damn units other than you won't purchase multiples of the kit. GW is doing FANTASTIC and the only reason for the pricing is: They charge as much as they can.
