I grew up not knowing what my hidden disability was, I spent my childhood thinking I was just a worried anxious child. I then grew to be an adult with anxiety and depression which led on to PTSD. My hidden disability is called DYSPRAXIA, one of my symptoms is Social Exhaustion.
