Week 3 of the health and well-being group delivered by the community learning disability team, focus on sleep and hospital passports @WeAreLSCFT @KUttley @HFTLSCft great feedback received with lots of tips given to improve sleep.

Across our learning disability services we currently have nine peer support workers, all of whom have lived experience of learning disabilities and autism. They PSW’s are an integral part of our community and inpatient services. #LearningDisabilityAwarenessWeek
