@fanatec This is great, but we love to see Fanatec resolving the after sales problems like the 3 weeks or longer response time. Looks like the marketing department has more personal available than the repair department.

@Old_Ozark_No5 @fanatec I've done that. Well, I don't know how upgraded it is, but it came with the pedals. A after I put it in it worked normally for awhile, then started again. Also tried tightening the throw adjustment to the max. Does it less now, but still does it.

@F1fanaticJohn @fanatec This is not possible due to licensing and the way the Fanatec ecosystem works. (The Wheel Base enables PlayStation compatibility, therefore we cannot offer a separate PlayStation-branded Steering Wheel because it doesn't enable PlayStation compatibility by itself.)

@SMVilaisack @jarno_opmeer The ClubSport Pedals V3 sensor is entirely different and usually does not require replacement even with years of use. The load cell sensor for the CSL Elite Pedals V2 is also an entirely new design. Jarno's issue for this product is highly unusual and is still being investigated.

@jarno_opmeer Fanatec have had a problem with their load cells for YEARS. All because they use a cheap ass sensor. I had a set of CSP V2’s back in 2012-2015 and would have to replace it constantly. It’s been a decade long problem at the LEAST.

@jarno_opmeer We are still investigating the unusual issue that Jarno experienced. We of course take any hardware issue very seriously and always investigate and apply changes if necessary.

@DodgerGarry @fanatec Hi Garry, the McLaren wheel is already fully compatible with PlayStation if you combine it with a PlayStation-licensed wheel base. There is no reason to make a 'PlayStation version'.
