@JCD40 We were due a delivery today - we paid using PayPal. I’ve contacted PayPal and they have said that they should be able to refund in full due to non delivery. 🤞There’s also the recharge scheme available if you’ve paid using debit card.

@JCD40 We placed an order with them on the 5th January, never heard anything from them. Even though we had email confirmation they said they’d never received the order. No wonder they had cash flow problems.

Few stories surprise me but #BetterBathrooms' administration did. I've met the founder @ColStevens countless times and he's so passionate about customer service he used to get a former Disney exec to speak to his staff. Stevens left the business in 2017 businesscloud.co.uk/news/shockwave…
