@BetterS460 Last Wednesday our air quality index reached 1,000. Many businesses that rely on foot traffic simply closed. My eyes would sting shortly after stepping outside. I sure was glad for our fully functional HEPA filters!

If you see this study floating around I am highly disappointed in the methods used once again. They almost certainly did not check megakaryocytes, and they likely missed the intracellular platelet reservoir entirely. How fucking stupid. Or intentionally evil. Which on is it?! Are you guys stupid or evil? Every fucking study?! Really?! People must SEE that missing this must be sheer stupidity or intentionally evil right? They are literally throwing away the proof that we have chronic virus. Here is how. When researchers isolate PBMCs (Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells) to study the immune system in Long COVID, they run the blood through a density gradient centrifugation process. This process separates the heavy red blood cells and granulocytes from the mononuclear cells (T-cells, B-cells, monocytes). Because platelets are incredibly light, they remain suspended in the top plasma layer, which is routinely siphoned off and discarded before the immune cells are analyzed. How fucking evil or stupid!!!! I do not have any compassion left for the evil stupid slow research being done on my disease. Give me a break. Why even quote this incomplete intentionally distracting study? Unless a paper explicitly states they isolated PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) or used specialized whole-blood assays, the entire platelet viral load goes straight into the biohazard trash. By throwing away the platelets and ignoring the bone marrow, standard studies are essentially analyzing a crime scene while throwing away the getaway vehicles. The only reason why I can think of is either lack of brain cells or you have been told to throw the evidence away! They didn't find the fire because they only looked in the rooms where the smoke cleared, completely skipping the structural pipelines the megakaryocytes and platelets where the active virus actually anchors itself. Why am I so angry and disappointed?! @resiapretorius this has been what I am on about. Why are people who understand there is a clotting issue not extending Bomsels work to their studies? Check the platelets for live replication competent virus and also spike from the vaccine. This is the reason for microclots to surround the platelets to begin with as the bodies defense system. You know that. Why is the chronic virus being ignored in lieu of calling this a syndrome that has no treatment?! I don't understand! Many others don't understand!! This is not an attack. I am fucking desperate along with millions of others. Get to the actual root of this systemic debilitating disease please and thank you. We all deserve proper tests and treatments. Komende woensdag voor de tiende keer een herindicatie voor de WMO..🙄 Dat terwijl mijn beperkingen blijvend zijn.. Weer aan een andere ambtenaar vertellen, waarom ik deze zorg nodig heb.

@LithNoortje Ik vind hem persoonlijk kort door de bocht. Het gaat om gemeenschapsgeld wat voor een terecht doel gebruikt wordt. Ook de gemeente moet verantwoordelijk afleggen naar het rijk. Dat kan alleen door je te spreken.
