@n4ncy_io @AdnanRiaz9 SE hates their western side, they sold most even that did Tomb Raider, etc I think LIS was one of their last western IPs and SE is profit focused company so with their huge losses on DE and I don't think Reunion will even recover those AND be a profit. I think this is it sadly

@n4ncy_io @AdnanRiaz9 Their whole team is gone, no one who did DE or Reunion is left at D9. Adnan has been reporting on this for months leading up to Reunion's release. DE's failure doomed them even devs who talked to Adnan are saying the franchise is most likely being put on the shelf

@tofuxpinks It's lucky we even got the game. Their development team was 3 people and a box of the last months and those post credits pictures are clearly late additions which is why some of them look so unpolished and weird

D9 put all the effort in Chloe's design to be so fine and hot that they couldn't even dare to make a single little change in her even sleeping, why the fuck is she sleeping with the jacket on!?

D9 should've started with Reunion and DE could've been the second game. Things would've gone so well..

Just beat Life Is Strange Reunion and yep, it got me. Got the "good" ending. Lots of emotions. Those final 10 minutes and the scene right before the credits....wow. Deck Nine, you truly did it. Does this have to be the end?

@LouiseG42270678 But thats reported to be a small game, on a new engine so definitely not LIS. So unless Square Enix finds someone else to do LIS for them then we won't be getting any new. It seems Double Exposure did far too much damage and because it didn't sell enough to cover its costs.

@LouiseG42270678 They fired most of their staff, even the writers. Everyone who worked on Reunion are gone, a few was left for the last bit of work for Reunion and it's release until being moved on as well. They have very few workers left. It's already reported they're working on a new project

The sadness is kind of settling in that we really won't be getting another Life is Strange anymore
