The Rockets just faced Utah last night in a 129-101 victory where Steven Adams came off the bench, played just 17 minutes, and picked up 12 REBOUNDS. HE HAD 8 IN THE 1ST HALF. This almost feels bait as Adams has also cleared this line in 13/15 games so far this season avg. 9.4 rebounds and in 7/L7 games avg. 10 rebounds. The Rockets have been incredible in terms of rebounding this season with the likes of Sengun, Amen Thompson, KD, Clint Capela etc. But Steven Adams has also proved to be essential to their dominance on the boards. We’ve seen this line float around 9.5-10.5 this season, and after a very dominant performance against the SAME UTAH TEAM, there is no reason why this line is at 6.5. The books have continuously placed centers rebounds lines WAY TOO LOW for NO REASON against this Utah team, and have payed the price for it far too many times.
