Apparently I started this account last year. Specifically because I wanted extra money to buy a giant Transformer. After decades of hiding this stuff I was like “Fuck it, if I live past 50 it’ll be a miracle anyway. I’ve got 5 years left, who cares if people know?”

10 minutes later a younger guy with a nice shirt and a haircut started packing things up alone. It was a sobering moment. I didn't even know what to say.

@_Just_ANobody The toy was already on shelves by the time I saw the episodes so it was obvious there was some backstory. The lore was such a departure it didn’t make you expect as many things as a show that was trying to nostalgia bait. My one had the treads tear and I’ve never recovered.

But then he reveals he's been an Autobot just working under cover for Optimus and I'm curious if any OG fans were surprised in a good way or bad way. It's pretty cool when you HAVE that knowledge.

You know, it's funny how as a kid I just thought Armada Scavenger was cool as hell. I loved his color scheme, I loved his alt mode. He was even pretty cool in the show, but I didn't appreciate the fact that he was kind of a fakeout character for Transformers Fans.
